Had a phone interview first - took about 20 minutes. Then there was an in person interview with human resources and the manager about a week later. Friendly people. The interview was more of a conversation about my work history, skill set, how I engage with other people, and career goals. Some questions made me think back to my past work experiences and they asked for specific examples.
