It was a 3 stage process - SHL Assessment Test, 1 hour video interview & assessment center that consists of a group exercise on which the candidates are graded based on their performance in the activity as well as how they interact with each other

Entretien
I applied for the position online and did the online assessments afterwards. Even if HR was communicating well before the interview. I was invited to the Assessment Center day where we had individual interviews and group cases, they did not even get back to me within the promised time (a week). 2 weeks later they sent auto rejection after I contacted them. Even id there were only 1 person after me for that position who got the offer, they did not even provide me with a feedback after I tried to reach at least 3 people. Very unprofessional attitude for such famous company, apparently they only care about you until they find another one.
