Smooth process along the way. Assessment center + 2 personal interviews + HR interview. Received an offer within 4 weeks, everything well organized and very efficient. Friendly interviewers at all stages.
First round was an interview with the responsible leader in your department. General questions about your background and what you want to achieve. The Interviewer seemed prepared. Some technical question to check if you knew a little bit of what you talked about.
Second round was a group case where you should co-operate with 3 other candidates. Where two persons from your department followed the discussion and preparation. Then one presented and discussed the case.
