Multiple levels of phone interviews, consistent with other government roles. Seemed helpful to show enthusiasm for the role and was able to secure the role without speaking French as they were in a hiring crunch.

it was very simple, with no formal interview and you are set up to work on a team, very informative orientation that helps you feel prepared to begin working. this job application was not difficult to complete and I had a good experience.

The interview was very well conducted! They were kind, understanding, and flexible. It was not very difficult. It was done over the phone due to the virus. There were two or three parts to the interview, it took two days.
The interview process started after filling an online questionnaire, followed by a short call by phone to verify language skills (in french), followed by a quick call with supervisor talking about the needs of the job.
