Started with HR call. He will call you out of nowhere from India. Especially with strange US number. He will ask basic questions -screening and then invite you for interview. After that, 3 interviewers will show up and ask you many questions as much as possible. Despite the fact that the role is senior, but they will ask you inappropriate questions for seniors. They wont ask you scenario based questions instead they will ask u questions like Whats the port 41 etc? whats sql injection? Their questions were not focusing on your background and experience. The role is at Canada. The whole team/organization is lacking diversity. Most people from the team is from India originally/ethically. After that, they will reject you.
