The interview process was 2 rounds with multiple managers during both rounds. The overall experience was quick and to the point. They did not ask a lot of behavioral questions, which was a big bonus.

What is one of your biggest weaknesses/what do you struggle doing?
Though initially technical, the junior-role interviews focused on behavior. They prioritized cultural fit and strong communication skills over deep technical expertise to ensure the right candidate was selected. Overall, the interview was not difficult but you need to prepare.

one conversation with the recruiter followed by a 6-8 person panel interview. very conversational, already knew the team via internship. No technical questions were asked, just wanted to know how i think/why join the specific business unit.
Started with self intro in HR round.
After that second round scheduled for technical round. Again self intro was done and resume walkthrough. Later past work experience is discussion happened
