One phone screening covered general points on the resume and was performed by an offshore HR representative. One Phone Interview that was conversational. One in-person panel interview that reviewed resume, some behavioral questions but mostly conversational. All follow ups were schedule by an offshore representative which was confusing at times.

Process consisted of 2 rounds of interview on Teams, both for half an hour. First round was with the Vice President, and 2nd with the Managing Director. Both were very nice and offered a lot of information about the company.
