Applied through college recruiting job posting. Then proceeded to send in resume and cover letter directly to listed contact person via email. Arranged a phone interview via email with a member of the program and had my phone interview with that person. Phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions starting with a traditional "walk me through your resume" opener. All in all, the interview was not too difficult and very professional in tone.
