J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street (Chico, CA) en mars 2013

Met recruiter at a campus career fair and got invited to a three-person panel interview, also on campus. Nice, friendly interviewers. They asked questions about educational goals, coursework. Then a few questions about why State Street, what do you know about the company, etc. Then behavioral questions. Pretty general and not overly intense, but professional.

The process was fairly smooth. I was first reached out through a phone call through HR, who asked simple screening questions, such as whether I was still interested in the opportunity, my availability, etc. After that initial call, it took around a week for them to invite me for an interview. The interview was laid back as it was conversational with no technical questions asked. They just want to get to know you--what you do in school, outside of school, hobbies, and interest. Two back to back interviews with senior managers with of the firm. Be sure to come prepared with a lot of questions about State Street and why this field/position.
