Started with a phone interview asking behavioral question in January. Got a call back a week later for an in person interview in Kansas City, MO for February. Waited 20+ minutes in the HR office for my interview and got a quick tour of the office. Interviewers were cold, didn't seem interested and asked a lot of technical questions. They told me I would hear back in a few weeks. Didn't hear anything until May and asked if I was still interested in the position....I reached out to HR 3 time between February and March and never heard a word. Never got an offer nor a rejection but it would 100% have rejected it based off of the interview experience and the lack of communication during the 5 months I was still being considered for the job.
