A video interview guided by prompts, which I found d to be quite nerve wrecking lol. Followed by a call from a Talent Acquisition team member notifying you they were recommending you. Then you get contacted by the CLC in your market and they setup and in-person interview. A selection is made following the interview within 1 week.
