After applying online and completing multiple online assessments, I was scheduled for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of basic questions. Make sure you emphasize on your customer service skills. Interviewer offered the job.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
