J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Farm (Anchorage, AK) en juill. 2023
Entretien
I interviewed at State Farm (Anchorage, AK). They had me fill an application online (took 20 minutes long). They asked a lot of questions... The thing I did not liked was the tone she used and how she was discriminating me because of my age. Other people seemed unprofessional. They asked If I could obtain licenses but she said she wouldn't pay my exams until I pass it. That she was very picky who she hires. No wonder people don't want to work there. No benefits because "its too expensive". Overall, they waisted my time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. What do you know about State Farm? 2. Could you tell me about yourself? 3. Are we the only agency you applied for? 4. Tell me about a time you had difficult time working with costumers? 5. Are you sure you'll be able to sit for 8 hours a day? 6. Are you willing to come earlier? 7. Do you have transportation and insurance? 8. Where do you live? forgot the rest but they never mentioned they would contact me or when I wanted to start.
It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.

Short and to the point. Told the hiring manager about my past experience and how they apply to the role. Was asked about my experience with salesforce and Office 365.
