A series of questions that you answer via recording videos of yourself about past experience and motivations, followed by a coding challenge which is timed. There is limited time for the video responses to these questions, but the coding challenge is not time restricted.

Notable challenge that I overcame in a previous job.
Applied online. Was given a video interview with a hackerrank problem. The interview took about an hour to complete. Two chances were given for each video essay question. Practice problems were also given.

Entretien
Easy interview process. I applied and then a week later received an invite for the first portion of the interview. Then was later invited for meeting with the hiring managers. I didn't do my best, but they did not make me feel uncomfortable. I will apply again in the future
First round was online assessment via HireVue. The OA included 4 behavioral question and 1 coding question (plus a question asking you to tell how you solved the problem). Second round will be Skype type interview.
