The first interview was on campus and was more of a get-to-know-you experience and I was then asked to take a personality/ skills test at a State Farm Field Office in the area. Next, I interviewed over the phone with three people because I was unable to go to State Farm's headquarters in Bloomington, IL. I was asked basic interview questions about my strengths and weaknesses and then about experiences I've had working with teams. After the phone interview I recieved a call about one week later that I recieved a contingent job offer based on a mandatory drug test.
