J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Farm (Bloomington, IL) en sept. 2010
Entretien
Met at a career fair on campus. A couple of days later they scheduled an on campus interview. The interview consisted almost entirely of behavioral questions. The only technical questions were "how good are you at x" and they gave you a scale from 1 to 3. I feel like this didn't give them a very good idea of what I had to offer.
About a week after that I got an email saying I was no longer being considered for the position (which is better than just not contacting you).

Question 1
Do you know Java? Do you know C? Etc, ad nauseam (scale of 1 to 3)

I met the recruiters at my school's career fair; an interview was scheduled within the week on-site.
The employees were nice and the interview was friendly. The interview questions were about my background and some basic design questions. Mostly behavioral and no algorithm/technical problems.
I received an offer within 2 weeks.
