One interview only and direct. The questions are general interview questions. They are focused on life insurance so they will ask you if everyone you know is insured friendly but strict environment.

It was an easy process. I was very relaxed and felt comfortable. Questions were not prying and the process was extremely fast. We discussed duties throughout the day and what the day to day routine would be.

Entretien
Was interviewed on a non formal interview first time, then had formal interview with employer and the area manager. The formal interview there were more questions pertaining to the job that was being applied for and was more in depth with experience history.
