Online application, Assessments (2 parts) - Behavioral/Personality/General Knowledge & Data Entry/Keyboarding, Phone Interview - 45 minutes (during which I was hired on the spot - contingent upon background check of course), Background Check, Drug Test and Employment Verification. If all goes well, you will receive a permanent job offer and a date to start training depending on your position.

In all honesty, none of the questions were unexpected because I had spent days preparing for the interview by studying the company's history and specific interview questions, as well as rehearsing what I wanted to say and how.

Asked typical behavioral interviews and will ask you how you would sell a product when price is an issue. I did not think I did well on this part but was still offered the position.

Really simple and easy over the phone interview! The process was fast and efficient. The STAR format is utilized as it is a behavioral interview. It took a couple days after getting the interview before I was offered the position.

Process was very speedy. Applied online and two days later took an assessment which included personality questions as well as data entry and typing tests. Fairly easy. Two days later I received an email from HR wanting to set up phone interview. Very easy and was offered the job immediately.
