I was called the following day after submitting my résumé online for an employee for a State Farm agent. He wanted to get me in ASAP for an interview so I went in the following day and the interview went excellent (my thoughts). He told me I would be perfect for the position and made small personal talk with me, talked in future tense using me as an employee and told me when I would hear from him. I heard from him the week after the interview and he told me he was very interested and wanted to bring me in for a second interview. He said he was unable to schedule it when he wanted because some things came up so he would email me - which was supposed to be today - but I have yet to receive an email. He knows my work schedule so I am guessing he is waiting until I am off to set one up. Anyways, the interview was very relaxed just went off a sheet of common questions: work history, school history, etc. I am hoping to hear from him because I am still very interested and because he said he would contact me to set something up.

Long but easy. Interviewer was very kind. 12 minutes test, 2 page long interview questions. Deep talk about future plans, agent likes authenticity. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Was presented job offer
