J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Farm (Aurora, ON)
Entretien
The hiring process was fairly lengthy. I applied for the position and received an email that stated they were interested in me about a week after. They then required me to complete two tests: personality and logic tests. Personality was very simple. The logic test was not. You are given a very short time to solve each question where you have to think logically to get the right answer. A week later, I received confirmation that I achieved a competitive results on the test. I then had a 1-on-1 interview arranged with a recruiter of State Farm at their head office. Many of the questions asked were behavioral/situational like 'Tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer'. 1 week after that, I had a panel interview with the hiring managers. They also asked mostly behavioral/situational questions but also questions on your career aspirations.
