I began submitting applications online at the beginning of June 2012. I tested online for the Claims Processor position then had to wait a month for someone to get back to me. No phone interview, just a 4-person panel interview for that position at the end of July. I believe they decided I was better for Claims Representative right after this, because two days later I got invited to test for that job. About 3 days after that I was invited to a phone interview, which was scheduled for the next week. A week after my phone interview I was invited to a panel interview, which was scheduled for the week after that. 6-person panel interview lasted an hour, 3 people for every 30 minutes. Then had to wait a week and a half for an offer. Currently in the drug testing process, position doesn't start until 3 weeks from now.
Overall a very very long hiring process, and very frustrating and intimidating at some parts. The panel interviewers seemed to be upper management with only minimal knowledge on the position I was interviewing for. Couldn't give me detailed answers to my questions about it.
