Submitted my resume online. Took skills assessments, including listening/apprehension, typing, and following directions. Was contacted 2 days later by a recruiter wanting to set up a phone interview for the same day. Was asked a few behavioral questions and outlined the position for which I was applying. Was told that if I was "still competitive", I would be contacted soon by HR. Waiting to hear back.
