I met my interviewer at a job fair, and had three following informal interview meetings in his office before a job offer was extended. It was 1 week when I got a call back to start the interviews. It was very easy to schedule interviews around my work/school schedule.

It was a phone interview, it went well however I didn't make the cut. The interviewer said that that's common as a lot of people apply and encouraged me to apply again in a few months stating many that work there apply multiple times before getting hired.
