I have 3 interviews. 1 call with the recruiter, then 1 with the State Farm Agent over the phone and then another in-person interview with the State Farm Agent. I got the job and studied and took the 2 insurance exams which took about a month and a half. Started the job and had a month of training and then a week of constant quoting. I constantly felt micromanaged and mentally tired from work. I just felt useless. The PTO was horrible as well.
