I was initially referred by a current State Farm employee. Soon after the application process, I was asked to sign a nondisclosure, and then the pre-employment assessments began. After the assessments were complete I received an email roughly two days later requesting my interview availability from a recruiter. Interview by phone was conducted the day and an offer was extended at the end of my interview. Pay rate listed is non negotiable, however State Farm does ensure a shift differential and and extra pay incentives to the bilingual employees.
