Submitted three answers to creative questions alongside my CV. I really liked this job application style. I was invited to an interview one month later over zoom. It took around 40 minutes with lots of varied questions. It’s an interview I would recommend doing lots of prep for. It was a fair interview but a nerve racking process with three people over zoom and some questions had lots of questions within them, so ensure you have the means to take notes if you have an interview with them.
