You come in hand in your application you then get set up with an interview. Management is pretty bad so they won’t really call you until you call and ask for an interview. The first interview is with the GM and she asks you random questions about movies and why you want to work there then you basically get hired on the spot if you get the job or they’ll send you home and never call you back
