Entretien
This consisted of a telephone interview only to ask questions about my experience and what I was looking for and also the notice period.
Face to face interview was to speak about my experience in collections and gave scenarios where I handled good outcomes.
I then got an offer in writing followed by another face to face meeting to discuss terms of my contract and information about training and checks
