The interview was a 2 stage process. A short Maths test at the first stage followed by an interview with 2 managers. The 2nd stage involved a response to a brief. Nothing too challenging and actually gave an insight into what the work and role would involve. This seems to be standard practice for most media agencies so nothing unusual in this process.

I came across a job posting on the Starcom website that interested me. I then applied on a Friday evening. On the following Monday afternoon, a HR recruiter reached out and left a voicemail. I called her back a few hours later and we went right into a Phone Screening, which slightly caught me off guard.
