There was no phone screening. HR staff reached out to me by phone call and email in 3 working days after applying. the hr staff was very responsive. the office was smaller than I expected. when I arrived there there was no receptionist so I had to wait quite a long time and she was very rude. there were two interviewers one is the head of the department I applied and the other one was VP. they were very friendly and there were no weird interview questions. they directly informed me that I won't fit the position at the end of the interview. even though I didn't get an offer the experience was positive.
