Applied and got an email a few weeks later about a phone screening. Phone screening asked about previous experience and why I wanted the position, information was passed on to team lead. Got another email inviting me to a Skype interview. Skype interview was very relaxed and easy.

Relaxed, no pressure, friendly, work is good, semi casual, nice tour of the beautiful office. Verified resume, good talk, clear and concise about expectations, work can be busy, travel is required in the position
