Face to face with one of the directors of recreation. I came in 15 minutes early and introduced myself to the front desk staff. Met with the building director in a room and talked about myself for the first few minutes. After that I was presented with the questions I have provided below. There were no difficult questions and most of them had to deal with how comfortable I felt working in a leadership position.
