The interviewer barely asked me about my background and was more focused on what hours I could commit to. I believe the interviewer was the owner and she was more concerned with propagating the vision of what she believed the hotel should be. This should have been a red flag for me because she didn't screen candidates very well but at the time, I was desperate for a job.
