Process: Virtual interview with recruiter then hiring manager. They scheduled an on site interview. Positive: They paid for travel and accommodations. Everyone was nice and I got a tour of the facility. Negatives: I took time off work to attend. Afterwards, the recruiter informed me I was not offered the position. The recruiter did not have any additional info and the company/hiring manager has not responded to a single inquiry for feedback. Please show some professionalism next time and inform a candidate why they did not receive an offer.
