Two interview rounds first was online with a panel of 5 more senior credit analysts. The second was with the head of credit for west Africa and involved a lot of questions on broad ranging topics from the economy to the credit process to my background as well as my interest in the role.

There were 3 interviews, and it was an overall good experience. The interview was not very difficult, but it was not easy either. There were some questions related to previous experience.
