At first, I Sent CV through the portal and got an email for value assessment test then got another mail form video interview. I like the process of their interviewing. I like the way they are.

self introduction in mandarin or english. then there's a scenario question, they would give you a scenario and you would have to tell her what you would do in that scenario, try to explain more and maybe give suggestions. then for the role play section, they would ask you to sell them a pen or anything you have in mind.
