I gave my CV to an acquaintance who has a relative working at SC. Contacted the next day by HR, was asked to complete online form. There are 6 programs, have to choose right away which program you want to enter. I chose Financial Market. After that:
1. Strengths assessment 2. Logic & numerical tests 3. Strengths based video interview (12 questions, record online) 4. HR interview (12/09 currently at this stage, waiting to confirm time & place) 5. Business/user interview

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
