Very dissatisfy with SCB recruitment, all my applications were being rejected eventho it is for freshgrad. I feel like I am being discriminate and not appreciated by the talent team, they not even considering one of my applications.

Entretien
There are 3 rounds.
First round is aptitude testing through online mode.
Second one is HR interview. The third round will be manager round.
One gets hired only when all the levels are cleared with atleast minimum score. Overall the interview process is very simple

One session.asked about urself n reason to leave your previous place. Lasted around 30 minutes or so and getting back by HR was pretty fast. The background checks took a much longer time.loads of background checks performed.
