Interview process was very good with an arranged set of questions which are asked of all candidates. All the interviewers were very nice and gave me comfort in the role. My only annoyance was having an initial HR interview at the start of the whole process where i gave my salary expectations, previous package and was told “you will not be disappointed”. I then Go on to be invited to a web based test and 3 face to face interviews. Immediately after the final interview, i was offered the role, but then told that they could not get anywhere near my salary expectations that i had mentioned at the start of the process and between interviews 2 and 3 (as i had been offered another role at the amount i was looking for. This was very frustrating, as i had to keep another offer on hold as i knew i had been doing well in the interview's.
