Interview was easy. my interview however at that time was an entry role which didnt have high requirements. so they pretty much employed anyone that made them feel like they had the confidence to perform.

Job Vacancies are posted online if nobody is available within the organisation, The HR personnel will call you for the interview and will conduct 2 rounds of interview one with the manager of the department and second with HR manager

Reply from HR took slow to get back for interview. They will do phone interview first before manager's interview. Manager is easy going. Arrangement was made very timely. System access took very long though.
