The typical 'tell me about yourself' question. Appearance and social exposure is an important factor in SCB
3-stage interview. The first stage is with a panel. A panel of 3 or 4 persons with experience in your area will interview you. The second stage is with the hiring manager, who will determine if you can work in his/her team and the third stage is with the HR that would negotiate with you

total 4 round of interviews, first interview took place on 5.10.2015, was with Head of Department, went for 1 hour 20 mins. All about my experience and product that I will be supporting on the desk, was short listed for next round of interviews which happened on 20.11.15. 3 senior Managers took interview one by one over period of 2 hours, questions were mainly on my current & past experience and about management skills.

It started with phone call telling me iam among the shortlisted candidate for the above post. I was iformed to appear on monday for apanel interview. On monday morning at 9.00am iwas at place of interview and iwas the second to be interviewed.
