Applied online then had to do a video interview where you have to answer 5 or so questions. You get a link. You see the question. Get unlimited time to prepare an answer. But only have 2 tries to record an under 2 minute response

They were not as patient as they should have been. I had a slip up regarding a calculation they gave and I mistakenly answered wrong and the one interviewer giggled and gave a judgemental stare before I could correct myself.
