Received a call from the Irving Staffmark location for a job that I applied for in Austin, TX. Called back within the next hour to express my interest for the position. The guy that answered the phone was rude and did not care to redirect me for better assistance. I was told he'd transfer me to the Austin location and never did. I asked to speak to the person who actually called me and he never let me speak to them. I was told that the job I was applying for was on final interviews and it would be a waste of my time to travel from where I was located. I therefore attempted to ask for any other jobs he could direct me to or how he could help me more since this was a staffing agency and I ended the call because of his unhelpful attitude. All in all customer service/recruiters need to be trained a bit better to service the clients.
