Comical, I had to hold back laughter at the screening call. After talking about all their distributed scaling, recruiting then asked what "map" returns in Javascript, for a Sr Manager role... I immediately thought "their management crew must be very JR if they're having recruiters ask this" and yup, they have directors/VPs that would tech leads or jr managers in most companies. Not kidding when I say it was the funniest interview I've ever experienced. Hoping they get some adults in the room to manage people and attract top talent one day
