You will get a call from a recruiter who will set you up with an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager gave me a small (easy) coding test, and then there was a slight hiccup in my process somewhere and I didn't hear back for quite some time. I did eventually hear back, and they were very apologetic so I continued on my way. I had 2 more interviews that were about 45 minutes each with a lead developer and a lead designer.
