Long and too burocratic. I believe the recruiting process is not really something that has been deeply worked on at this company. You rely on luck more than on a process per se.

Questions about past work and abilities. Fun. - Called a day or two later to set up an interview with CEO. Also comfortable and fun. Talk about how you learn, where you want to go in your career, a bit more (highs and lows) about the position and company. She prepares well for her interviews! So do your homework :) - Then I was called in for a last round to discuss the finer details of salary, possible start dates. - then called to be officially offered the position and set start date.
