Thorough hiring process--initial phone interview followed by the interview to determine whether it was a good fit. But all done very positively and in a friendly manner. The CEO is careful to ensure a good fit before hiring so that no one's time is wasted. Once hired, he pays attention to proper on boarding and training to make sure it's a successful hire.
