I called the nurse recruiter, she arranged interviews, I interviewed, and she stayed in contact with me to tell me what managers were interested in me, salary and shift differences, explained certifications and the orientation process, as well as set up all physicals and informed me of all of the documents I needed in order to make the process go smoothly.
