The overall process was good. Everyone I met with was super nice and seemed pretty down to earth. Really liked the vibe. Roughly 4 rounds and a small design task. I declined the offer due to poor compensation for a Senior apparel role, awful relocation package, and the feedback I received regarding the working environment (info similar to what has been posted internal employees, seems to be terrible) Nothing but red flags. Proceed with caution should you choose to have conversations. If Compensation much was higher, its worth the headaches for a year or two it due to no income taxes in Dubai. If your coming from the USA (poor salary) Europe - Somewhat similar - depending on were in Europe.
