There is a phone call with a recruiter, pretty generic, to see of the candidate match the profile (years of experience, degree, visa situation, computer languages etc). Then a one hour online test on Hackerrank, challenging, and finally a 45 minutes phone call with an engineer and some shared googledoc testing.
